In his current role as COO of Pelago Bicycles, Roger has made a complete overhaul of Pelago’s global supply chain establishing new outsourced warehouses in Finland and Germany and as part of the system upgrade, automating the order delivery process.
Always wanting to learn more, Roger is at the top of his Executive MBA class at the Aalto University.
He love’s solving problems, and he’s fast at it too. Managing businesses and automating processes is what he calls ‘fun.'

Linking IT projects and strategic goals are where Roger excels. He has a broad experience developing different systems and a strong background in strategy management. Roger can help companies to envision the needs of tomorrow, be it strategic or IT.
Roger has planned and implemented advanced supply chain optimization based on cost calculations and product performance analytics in product categories ranging from mobile phones to tools and stationery.
In 2009 Roger planned and implemented from scratch a fully automatic vendor managed replenishment system for a consumer electronics distributor.
Roger has also headed It projects that stayed in the given time frame and budget and developed the concept and led the implementation of a paper free warehouse process based on SAP R3.
When working with Powermill / InfoCare, Roger localized a Swedish ITC service ERP and add-on on-site service system to the requirements of the Finnish service business.
On top of that, way back in 2003, Roger updated web pages at 5150 meters (16 900 ft) in uncharted parts of the Nepalese Himalayas, with a self-made, energy independent rig (solar panels, satellite modem, laptop.).
During his spear time, Roger strives to be a loving husband, an all-in BMX dad (Girls 12) and a UCI MTB National Elite Commissaire.
